Brief Profile:

Alfred has managed numerous training projects during the last 25 years.  Numbering in the hundreds, these projects spanned the scope from action learning to experiential learning to train-the-trainer programs.

He is currently the Executive Director (Operations) of the Academy of Management Consultancy and is responsible for the development, delivery, quality control and coordination of all major programs.  He possesses over thirty years' experience in front-line operation, change management,  strategic transformation, and management training & development, having held key positions in the Hutchison Whampoa Group, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Management Development Centre of the Vocational Training Council, Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management of HKU, G. Li & Company and the Hay Group.  Over the years Alfred has worked on more than 300 organisational review, improvement and development projects with the Hong Kong Government, NGOs, and private organisations. 

He has been Hong Kong's only independent instructor certified by the creativity guru Edward de Bono for conducting both his renowned 'Six Thinking Hats^(R)' and 'Lateral Thinking^(R)' courses since 1995.  Over the years he has helped enhance the creative problem solving competencies of officers, managers and directors of many progressive enterprises. 

In addition to conducting training & development sessions and engaging in consultancy projects in Hong Kong, Alfred has led strategy formulation, change facilitation and senior management seminars in the Mainland, Macau SAR, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
