Alfred possesses over thirty years’ experience in front-line operation, internal change management, OD, training & development, and management consulting, having held key positions in the Hutchison Whampoa Group, HK PolyU, The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong, Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management, and the Hay Group, engaging in projects ranging from action learning to experiential learning to train-the-trainer programs.  His clients include the Bank of China Group, CitySuper, Centaline Property Agency, ManuLife, Motorola, Pizza Hut, SmarTone, Town Gas, HKUST, Hong Kong Council of Social Services, ICAC, Judiciary, Lands Department, Employee Retraining Board, etc..   

Alfred is an Oxford University certified development adviser, assessor and internal verifier.  He is also an ICMCI (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes) Certified Management Consultant (CMC).  From 1995 to 2004 he was the only instructor certified by the creativity and thinking guru Edward de Bono for conducting both his renowned “Six Thinking Hats^Ò” and “Lateral Thinking^Ò” Courses in the HKSAR.  

In addition to conducting training & development sessions and engaging in consultancy projects in Hong Kong, Alfred has been involved in management research, strategy formulation, change facilitation and senior management seminars in the Mainland (Wuhan, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen), Macau SAR, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
