Team Work and Team Building Introduction : Managers need to get things done through others. For a group to function and perform effectively as a team, certain key elements have to present. If one or more of these elements are not developed, the team will fail to achieve its full potential. Similarly, a correct blend of team roles can nurture a sense of positive interdependence and will increase the level of synergy in the team.
