Thinking Skills to Enhance Organizational Competitiveness
― A step-by-step participative and interactive approach to learn the world renowned thinking method developed by Edward de Bono
“Today perception is far more important than analysis.” Peter F. Drucker
Introduction
All these years managers at all levels have learned and practiced decision making and problem solving employing the systematic analytical approaches, individually or as a team. However, the experience is often not as desirable and effective, and, not infrequently, may even be worse off. Organizations like the United Nations, 3M, Prudential, NTT (Nippon Telephone & Telegraph), Sony-Ericsson, and the British Airways, just to name a few, have successfully applied a systematic and focused approach thereby achieving satisfactory results. Thousands of managers from east and west have benefited from applying the method, bringing quantum gain in organizational effectiveness and enhanced quality of decisions.
Objectives
This workshop develops participants' skills in effectively analyzing and tackling problems, challenges and opportunities in a systematic and focused manner, bringing immediate take-home value for achieving quality in both individual and corporate decision making and constructive opportunity exploitation. People’s collaborative competency and team spirit are also enhanced.
For Whom Executives, professionals, managers, internal change agents/consultants who are constantly involved in decision making and problem solving, and anyone who wishes to play team roles more successfully or build effective work teams.
