Dealing with Conflict Constructively
Introduction :
Conflict between people is natural. Conflict within organization is inevitable. The larger an organization becomes, the higher potential for inter-personal, inter-departmental or inter-group conflict to occur. If managed badly, conflict can be destructive to productivity and morale. Well-managed conflict that looks for win-win solutions will not only help to solve problems, but also give the organization benefits to move from “it’s always been done like this” mentality to improvements.
