Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration is designed to meet the development needs of business leaders experienced managers and professionals who wish to pursue advanced studies and research in an area of significance to business administration.

PhD involves initial coursework subjects and Dissertation which develop the capacity of candidates to analyze, critique, synthesize and to develop knowledge. It can be completed overseas.

PhD offshore course is manages by the Register and Program Director (International Programs), directly appointed by the Tarlac State University. The program is operated in different locations by local agencies.

Tarlac State University (TSU) is a premier institution in Region III and a government-funded institution of higher learning established in 1906 and converted into a university in 1989. TSU is mandated to provide higher professional/technical training and to promote research, advanced studies and progressive leadership in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Education, Arts ad Science, Science Information Technology, Technological and Vocation Education, Nursing, Public Administration and other courses. The University has been identified by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as one of the higher education institutions in the Philippines leading in the various disciplines as Centers for Development and Excellence.

Lifelong College is a registered school in Hong Kong offering Form 6 and other Diploma programs in Business Administration and Engineering. Lifelong has been in existence since 1998 under the Hong Kong Lifelong Education Organization. It has existing education partnership with different Colleges and Universities in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, France, Canada, Australia, among others.  Lifelong College has an existing education partnership with the Tarlac State University is the Local Operator for the registered courses of the University.

International Institute of Management (IIM) - The history of The International Institute of Management (IIM) dates back to early 1985.  A group of graduates of The Institution of Industrial Managers (UK) started the branch in Hong Kong.  Membership grew steadily over the years.In 1992 the British Institute of Management (BIM) merged with the Institution of Industrial Managers to form the Institute of Management (IMgt).  With the shift of focus of international trade towards this region, membership found the relevance changed and at the Annual General Meeting of 1994, membership unanimously voted to form an independent professional institute that would be more relevant and serve their needs better.
