Fees
  1. Regular Rate (HKD 950 per person); OR

  2. IIM / HKCSMB / IMCHK Member (HKD 855 per person); OR

  3. Early Bird Rate (HKD 855 per person if registered and paid by 2 Dec. 2009); OR

  4. Group Discount (HKD 760 per person if 3 or more enrollees from the same organization)

Terms and Conditions
  1. I wish to sign up to attend the half-day course 'How to Write Emails Effectively and with Proper Etiquette' organized by the Academy of Management Consultancy Limited at e-Tech Forum (4/F, 402-406 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay) on 16 Dec. 2009 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and provide the above personal data.

  2. Colleagues of the same organization may replace enrollees who are unable to attend after enrolment.  Notification however must be served minimum two days before course commencement.

  3. Fees paid are not refundable. They are refundable only under the following conditions: 

    a.    Enrolment is cancelled by enrollees / sponsoring organization:

    • Enrollees must notify in writing of cancellation minimum 1 week before course date.

    • 80% refund to enrollees within 7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed by AMC.

    b.    Course cancelled  by AMC due to inadequate enrolment:

    • Cancellation of course by AMC to be announced to all enrollees / sponsoring organizations minimum 1 week before course date.

    • 100% refund to all enrollees within 7 working days after announcement;

    • Course coupon will be attached with refund cheques.

    (Note: Cancellation refund works on individual basis – i.e. in case of group enrolment, any one within the group may cancel his/her enrolment and get refund, provided the conditions as stated in 3a. above are met. Refund however is issued on a pro-rata basis.)

  4. In case of any disputes, the final discretion rests with AMC.
